About Mike
The story behind
Legalmorning.
Mike is a digital marketer and founder of Legalmorning.com. He founded the agency while attending law school and pursued marketing full-time after graduation. He has since helped thousands of clients improve their brand image through digital marketing, specifically with Wikipedia.
Mike began his career as a police officer in Michigan, where he worked for almost a decade, advancing through the ranks from reserve officer to sergeant and eventually interim chief of police. After leaving law enforcement, Mike continued working in government, specifically as a regulator for a Native American casino in the Midwest.
Although Legalmorning started as a freelance project, Mike discovered there was high demand for Wikipedia editors willing to help companies and individuals navigate the platform. Within a year, Legalmorning grew from a side project into a full-fledged marketing firm.
Mike and his work have been featured in publications such as International Business Times, The Atlantic, Financial Times, Time Magazine, and more. He has also written for numerous publications including Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Business Insider, and is a regular contributor to AllBusiness.com.
A father of three, Mike travels frequently to consult with clients, but splits his time between Michigan and California when not working. Outside of work, he restores vintage furniture and trains in Muay Thai and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
